Once purchased, we will reach out to you to walk through the cut sheet with you and you will be all set! The average meat yield from a whole beef is ~250lbs. The total price includes the cost of the animal, processing, slaughter fee and frozen shipping anywhere in the US (except Hawaii and Alaska).
